I know what you are thinking...

TRAVELLING – hmm – stress, packing, security check, empty wallet; or excitement, hiking, trekking high altitudes, paragliding; snorkelling, diving, surfing, parasailing; safari game.

Leaving aside these feelings, there is acceptance that travelling has countless benefits from mental health to brain training. One can gain friends, connect with people from different backgrounds, culture & history; learn new languages; explore new places; improve social & communication skills, enhance creativity & bring enviable experiences.

Travelling disconnects from normal routine, gives time out from daily tasks, official responsibilities, hectic schedule & everyday pressures. When you travel, you don’t care what you do, you can just break free from the norm.

Travel enriches the soul, aids in knowing & understanding oneself, gives real life education which is impossible to get in traditional educational institutions. Travelling ensures peace of mind, help us to appreciate people & things around us, gives us the opportunity to see issues & daily life challenges from a different angle; helps us to learn to cope with uncertainties in life when we encounter situations in faraway places where things don’t go as planned; minds get creative when one is out of comfort zone, when you are away from home and do not know anyone who can assist you.

You will develop the ability to cope with obstacles, which will make you a confident person.
